LEKKI ATTACK: COCA-COLA DONATES ₦20 MILLION TO COVER VICTIMS’ MEDICAL BILLS
Coca-Cola has donated the sum of ₦20 million to help defray the medical bills of victims of the Lekki Attack which took place on Tuesday, the 20th of October, 2020. The American multinational beverage corporation and manufacturers of nonalcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups made the donation along with their bottling partners, Nigerian Bottling Company LTD.
According to the information available on their verified Twitter handle on Friday, the donation was made to their NGO partner, Whitefield Foundation and will be used for the treatment the injured and those in critical conditions.
They also encouraged Nigerians to stay safe.
